Job description
Databricks Data Engineer / Architect We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. If you’re passionate about data, modern platforms, and solving complex problems at scale, this opportunity is for you. What you’ll do: You’ll work with cutting-edge data platforms, design and maintain large-scale data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Engineering At least 4 years of experience working with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Expertise in data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing principles. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Scala. Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, and Hive. Knowledge of cloud data storage solutions (e.g., S3, ADLS, GCS). Experience with data governance and security best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Nice to have: Databricks Certified Professional. Experience with real-time data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation). Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
