Database Administrator

Our company is looking for a dedicated and passionate Database Administrator to join our dynamic team. We are seeking an autonomous, organized person with developed sense of responsibility, able to integrate into a team. Flexibility and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment, as well as the ability to work under stress conditions are necessary traits for the job.

- The position is located in Brașov, within the Department of Information Technology of the company;

- It involves working in two shifts;

- Occasional travel to Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

- Database administration used in production;

- Participation in company projects;

- Administration of test, development, and training databases;

- Application of necessary security measures at all database levels.

Candidates must have:

- A degree from a higher education institution;

- Advanced knowledge in database administration (Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL);

- Solid knowledge in client-server and web-based technologies;

- Advanced programming skills and experience with Oracle tools (SQL, PL/SQL, Apex, etc.);

- Experience with Java programming is a plus;

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in database administration;

- Ability to manage time efficiently;

- Experience in the financial-banking sector is an advantage;

- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
