Data Technical Lead

Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Technical Lead to lead our data engineering and analytics initiatives. The role involves managing technical teams, overseeing data platform development, ensuring data quality, and driving best practices for scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, cloud platforms, and people management, with the ability to align technical execution to business strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead technical teams of data engineers and analysts; • Oversee the development of data platforms and ensure scalability, security, and efficiency; • Ensure high-quality data and drive best practices for data governance; • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and analytics. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in data engineering and leadership roles; • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases); • Knowledge of data governance and quality control principles; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
