Will you be our new Data Steward for large enterprises?

This is what your job looks like
As a Data Steward, you will monitor the quality of our data sources, investigate the impact of new implementations with data analysts, and increase data awareness within the 'large enterprises' customer segment. You are the point of contact for advice on reliable data and you manage the business glossary that forms our common language.

• As a Data Steward, you are a dynamic player in shaping and managing our data governance policy. You are responsible for supporting, monitoring, and documenting our data governance program.
• You are the point of contact for everything related to data. From trust, you guide and support your colleagues, and help them become stronger in handling data. You take the lead in strengthening their data skills, so they can work with more confidence and insight.
• Quality is key. Through quality controls and specific guidelines for the consistency and accuracy of reports, you ensure compliance with data standards and protocols. A guarantee of correct data management.
• You search for project opportunities to further expand our vision in the short and medium term, and you facilitate constructive discussions with stakeholders to achieve this.
• Finally, you analyze the market, submarkets, and relevant trends. Because only through change can we achieve progress! Your advice on technological innovations is of great importance for realizing our digital innovation.

• You have built up extensive experience in a broad role within data governance.
• Analytically strong, enabling you to carefully manage and maintain our data sources. Thanks to your proactive attitude and critical eye, you dare to propose innovative perspectives and make the right decisions. You enjoy thinking strategically, but also find the operational aspect just as engaging.
• Stakeholder management is essential; through strong coaching and effective communication skills, you build relationships with both your own team and other colleagues within Liantis. You know how to enthuse people and get them on board with your vision.
• You have a pronounced passion for data quality and a sharp insight into technical systems – a combination that gives your profile that little extra edge.
• You are independent by nature and constantly learning, driven by a strong ambition to make our services better every day. With your assertive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, you spontaneously take initiative and dare to take the lead.
