We offer: Remote work (meeting at the office once every 2 months: Warsaw or Poznań) Project start: August 2026 Cooperation: B2B Rate: 100–130 PLN/h Project Description: You will be responsible for designing and developing advanced data mapping algorithms and product information quality control. The project includes the development of systems for automatic product categorization, offer parameter recommendations, and solutions utilizing modern machine learning and generative AI methods. Responsibilities: Designing and developing Machine Learning models and AI solutions. Creating data mapping algorithms and product information quality control. Developing systems for automatic categorization and offer parameter recommendations. Analyzing large datasets and identifying business dependencies. Designing experiments, statistical analyses, and causal analyses. Independently proposing and implementing solutions that meet business needs. Ensuring code quality, repeatability, and maintainability. Requirements: Commercial experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role. Experience in independently executing end-to-end projects and responsibility for their delivery. Ability to identify business problems and translate data into practical recommendations. High level of independence, accuracy, and analytical approach. Very good knowledge of statistics, including experiment design and causal analyses. Practical experience with techniques: Gradient Boosting, Bayesian methods, Causal Inference, optimization, Deep Learning, Generative AI (LLM, Agentic AI). Very good knowledge of Python, BigQuery, and Apache Spark. Experience working with version control systems (Git). Knowledge of data visualization tools (knowledge of Google Data Studio / Looker Studio is a plus). Polish language – minimum C1; English language – minimum B2.
