Project description: AdTech product for contextual advertising. The system analyzes website content and selects and displays relevant ads in real time through RTB auctions. Requirements: Commercial experience at a Middle level or higher, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks; Confident spoken and written English skills at B2 level. Hard skills: Experience with AdTech / RTB / DSP; Experience with CTR/performance optimization using data-driven methods; Strong background in machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling; Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform; Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with large datasets; Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
