Data Scientist | Machine Learning Engineer – IA MARGO Practice

We are looking for a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with solid experience in language processing and deep learning, to work on high-impact projects in a demanding environment.

You will join a team specialized in the challenges of document understanding, unstructured data analysis, and business process automation.

The topics addressed are concrete: information extraction from complex documents, textual and visual content analysis, intelligent assistant development… with a strong focus on production deployment and model robustness.

• Participate in defining modeling approaches adapted to use cases

• Explore, structure, and validate complex datasets (text, image, documents)

• Develop and train deep learning models for language and document processing

• Evaluate model performance and iterate on architectures

• Integrate models into operational applications

• Contribute to deployment and production monitoring (performance, drift, robustness)

• Collaborate with technical teams to size execution environments

• You have approximately 2 to 4 years of experience in data science or machine learning

• You have solid expertise in language processing and/or complex document analysis

• You have already developed and deployed deep learning models into production

• You master the main tools in the field (deep learning frameworks, specialized NLP libraries, etc.)

• You are comfortable with modern development environments (versioning, containerization, deployment pipelines)

• You are capable of moving from experimentation to production-ready solutions
