We work with our clients on 100% data missions that combine technical and operational dimensions. Depending on your profile and affinities, you will have the opportunity to work on projects addressing purely technical challenges or more business-oriented issues.

Our clients are present in various business sectors (Luxury, Retail, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, etc.) and the data science mission topics you may work on are also diverse.

Some examples of current topics:

• Design of revenue forecasting models for a retailer's e-commerce site. #Forecasting

• Creation and industrialization of a recommendation engine to optimize website visitor conversion. #Recommendation

• Creation of a churn score to identify customers of a mass-market retailer who are experiencing slow decline, #Churn

• Implementation of customer segmentation to optimize marketing and sales actions for a brand (targeting, retention, based on contact channel preferences). #CustomerSegmentation

• With a minimum of three years of experience.

Technical Skills:

You hold a degree in data science from a university or a grandes écoles and:

• Have a good knowledge of the main statistical modeling or machine learning techniques (Random Forest, XGBoost, K-means, ...),

• Have good knowledge of SQL,

• Are proficient in Python, R, and/or SAS,

• Are familiar with one of the main software solutions on the market (Dataiku, SAS, Alteryx...),

• As a bonus, you have knowledge of cloud technologies: GCP, AWS, Azure...

The Recruitment Process

• You will first speak with our Talent Acquisition Leader who will invite you for an initial interview by phone, video call, or in person.

• A technical test (multiple choice and practical case studies) will be sent to you by email.

• You will then meet with a senior consultant (manager or practice leader), ideally on-site.

Informal discussions with the team may be organized as needed, allowing you to discover your future work environment.
