We work with our clients on 100% data missions that combine technical and operational dimensions. Depending on your profile and affinities, you will have the opportunity to work on projects addressing purely technical challenges or more business-oriented issues.

Our clients operate in various sectors (Luxury, retail, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, etc.), and the data science mission themes you may be involved in are also diverse.

Some examples of current projects:

Design of revenue forecast models generated on a retailer's e-commerce site. #Forecasting

• Creation and industrialization of a recommendation engine to optimize the conversion of website visitors. #Recommendation

• Creation of an attrition score to identify customers of a mass retail player experiencing a slow decline, #Churn

• Implementation of customer segmentation to optimize the marketing & sales actions of a brand (targeting, retention, based on channel preferences). #CustomerSegmentation

• Who place particular importance on the quality of deliverables as well as the presentation and simplification of results,

• With a minimum of three years of experience.

Technical skills:

You hold a degree in data science from a university or business school and:

• Have a good knowledge of the main statistical modeling or machine learning techniques (Random Forest, XGBoost, K-means, ...),

• Have a good knowledge of SQL,

• Master Python, R, and/or SAS,

• Are familiar with one of the main market software solutions (Dataiku, SAS, Alteryx…),

• As a bonus, you have some knowledge of cloud technologies: GCP, AWS, Azure…

The recruitment process

• You will first discuss with our Talent Acquisition Leader who will invite you for an initial interview by phone, video, or in person.

• A technical test (multiple-choice questions and practical cases) will be sent to you by email.

• You will then meet with a senior consultant (manager or practice leader), ideally in person.
  

Informal discussions with the team may be organized as needed so that you can simultaneously discover your future work environment.
