Job description
Overview To plan, build, optimize, and implement innovative quantitative analytical methodologies, procedures, products, and advanced mathematical models that provide analytical support across various functions, with a primary focus on the Customer Value Management (CVM) team within the Forex Product House. This includes developing, executing, and analysing data-driven campaigns and triggers that drive customer engagement, value growth, and retention. Interpret insights to address business opportunities, optimize processes, and improve decision-making. Develop and maintain complex statistical models, algorithms, and data visualizations to support strategic initiatives and drive business outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science capabilities into existing workflows and tools. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of data science.
