We serve clients such as Nubank, Mercado Livre, Meta, Airbnb, iFood, SulAmérica, Light, Banco C6, among others.

Job

We are looking for experienced Data Scientists to develop predictive models that will influence the allocation of billions of reals by the largest companies in Brazil.

Data Scientists at Enter have a wide range of activities, acting from building to deploying and maintaining production-ready models.

Responsibilities

• Propose rigorous methods for conducting analyses, experimentation, or generating insights
• Translate business problems into automatic decision-making systems and models
• Built data products used by internal teams and clients.
• Ran experiments and analyzed performance of workflows and AI agents.
• Worked in a high-performance team with a lot of autonomy and pace

Differentials:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with concepts of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Experience integrating AI agents to platforms.​
• Experience in causal inference.

Requirements

Idealmente, you have:

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, Research Scientist, Research Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar.
• A strong foundation in Python and SQL.
• In-depth knowledge of statistical modeling.
• Experience with data pipelines and applications (Airflow, Spark, or similar)
• The ability to structure complex analyses and communicate insights clearly.
• A willingness to learn quickly, work on open problems, and deliver real impact.
