We work with our clients on 100% data missions that combine technical and operational aspects. Depending on your profile and affinities, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that address purely technical challenges or more business-oriented problems.

Our clients operate in various sectors (Luxury, retail, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, etc.) and the data science mission themes you may work on are also diverse.

Some examples of current topics:

• Design of revenue forecasting models for a retailer's e-commerce site. #Forecasting

• Creation and industrialization of a recommendation engine to optimize website visitor conversion. #Recommendation

• Creation of a churn score to identify slow-moving customers of a mass-market retailer, #Churn

• Implementation of customer segmentation to optimize marketing & sales actions for a brand (targeting, retention, based on contact channel preferences). #CustomerSegmentation

Technical Skills:

You hold a degree in data science from a university or a top business school and:

• Have a good knowledge of main statistical modeling or machine learning techniques (Random Forest, XGBoost, K-means, ...),

• Have good knowledge of SQL,

• Master Python, R and/or SAS,

• Are familiar with one of the main market software solutions (Dataiku, SAS, Alteryx…),

• As a bonus, you have some knowledge of cloud technologies: GCP, AWS, Azure…

The Recruitment Process:

• You will first speak with our Talent Acquisition Leader who will invite you for an initial interview by phone, video call, or in person.

• A technical test (multiple-choice questions and practical cases) will be sent to you by email.

• You will then meet a senior consultant (manager, business support, or practice leader) on-site.

Informal discussions with the team may be organized as needed so you can discover your future work environment.
