How you will get the job done developing and implementing strategic digitalisation projects with focus on (Gen)AI designing and implementing machine learning and AI solutions (in particular deep learning), taking into account the latest developments in GenAI contributing to the development and productive deployment of machine learning and (Gen)AI solutions, including model training, fine‑tuning and prompt engineering, as well as continuous monitoring and optimization of the methods and technologies used working closely with IT and business units in agile, cross-functional teams to implement machine learning and (Gen)AI solutions helping to build and maintaining a company-wide network to foster a strong AI community having work experience in insurance industry Skills and experience you will need fluent spoken and written English university degree in Natural Sciences (Applied) Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field solid knowledge of relevant programming and modelling languages (e.g. Python (preferred) and R), business intelligence tools and cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS) hands-on experience in statistical modelling, machine learning, AI and data visualization complemented by knowledge in the development and use of GenAI applications and large language models; MLOps experience is desirable strong analytical skills and experience in processing large structured, semi-structured and unstructured data sets, supplemented by experience with GenAI applications willingness to innovate and a proactive way of working combined with the ability to think and act in a networked manner willingness to travel Nice to have fluent spoken and written German Perks & Benefits Let's be healthy Medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
