Data Research Officer

We are looking for a Data Research Officer for my client in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

The Data Research Officer will be responsible for:

As a data research employee, you are partly responsible for ensuring high-quality registration of address occupancy in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP) and you collaborate with relevant parties within and outside the municipal organization.

In this role, you'll use information stored in systems and personally contact residents and agencies. Based on the information gathered and, if applicable, the home visit, you'll then make the decision regarding the registration of individuals in the Personal Records Database. You'll document this decision in writing, providing the (legally) correct justification.

Your role:

• Based on reports from residents and authorities, you investigate the accuracy of registrations of persons at addresses in the BRP;
• You process the investigations and decisions in the BRP;
• You are alert in recognizing fraud signals and report on them;
• You have direct customer contact, by telephone, at the counter and in the city at addresses to be investigated.

• You have completed a study at least at MBO level 4.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
• You have experience in civil affairs, experience with conducting address investigations is an advantage.
• You have an affinity with innovation and are digitally skilled because we work with many different systems.
• You have an eye for the interests of residents and know how to ask the right questions.
