We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of analysis, reporting, and automation solutions that support business decisions. Job Description
What you will do:
- You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, from requirement to final solution.
- You will transform business requirements into clear and relevant analysis and visualization solutions.
- You will work with data models, semantic models, DAX, and Power Query.
- You will use SQL for analysis, validation, and data extraction, where necessary.
- You will collaborate with operations, restaurant, finance, marketing, and other departments to understand business needs and relevant indicators.
- You will analyze data from systems such as POS, ERP, inventory management, web/mobile applications, and other business sources.
- You will contribute to the automation and improvement of reporting processes, so as to reduce manual activities and increase the quality and speed of information.
- You will investigate data issues and identify solutions with technical teams and vendors when necessary.
- You will use AI (Claude) for documentation, analysis, generation, and verification of DAX/SQL/M code, and to accelerate daily work.
- You will learn and work, when projects require it, with new data and BI technologies and platforms.
- Experience in Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of DAX and data modeling.
- Experience or notions of Power Query / M.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data pipelines, and semantic models is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP, POS, inventory management, or other operational systems is a plus.
- Experience in using AI tools for work is an advantage; a real openness to integrate them into daily activities is more important.
- A full-time contract and a stable work environment;
- Salary package consisting of base salary + meal tickets 35 ron/day;
- Monthly meal budget in all group restaurants ~2250 RON;
- Transport reimbursement, Medical subscription, Bookster, 7Card, Extra activities;
- Diverse projects and the opportunity to work with large volumes of data;
- Direct exposure to the operational and management area in HoReCa.
