We are looking for a Data Quality Operations Intern to join the team responsible for the quality of practitioner data in Levallois-Perret.

At Doctolib, we leverage artificial intelligence and technology for more accessible and higher quality healthcare. By joining the team in charge of practitioner data quality, you will contribute to the reliability of information used in Salesforce and support our operations in several European markets.

As a Data Quality Operations Intern, your mission will be to control and improve the quality of practitioner data in Salesforce. You will help maintain reliable data through import, cleaning, formatting, reporting, and automation operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to evolve processes and improve operational performance in France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

Your Missions

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Control the quality of practitioner data in Salesforce in the French, German, Italian, and British markets.
• Import, clean, and format data to ensure its reliability and consistency.
• Monitor the team's performance and key performance indicators, and contribute to the implementation of new processes.
• Participate in a technical project dedicated to data quality.
• Automate data processing and contribute to the deployment of workflows and agents based on artificial intelligence.

You could be the next member of our team if you:

• Are pursuing a Master's degree from a business school or engineering school.
• Have knowledge of data management and demonstrate an analytical mindset.
• Possess project management skills and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Are comfortable with reporting and using tools such as the Google Suite, Excel, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Have a minimum English level of B2.

It would be fantastic if:

• You have prior internship experience.
• You have knowledge of SQL and some understanding of Python, particularly in the context of the ongoing migration to this language.
• You are comfortable with AI tools, especially Claude, and wish to contribute to the deployment of workflows or agents.

Recruitment Process

• 30-minute HR interview.
• 1-hour operational interview with Frédéric, your future manager, including a live practical case based on use cases.

Job Details

• Full-time internship.
• Duration: 6 months.
• Desired start date: January 2027.
• Work location: Levallois-Perret.
• Compensation: To be determined based on educational level.
