Do you want to actively shape data protection and implement legal requirements in a practical way? Then become part of our Legal, Data Protection, and Compliance team!

In our team, you will handle data protection legal issues, support data subject requests, and advise our teams on new and modified processes. You will work closely with our specialist departments to ensure that data protection is effectively and understandably implemented in everyday work.

What awaits you:

• Independent review and assessment of data protection legal matters according to GDPR and BDSG
• Processing of data subject requests, data protection complaints, and other individual cases – including the preparation of well-founded statements
• Advising our specialist departments on new and adapted processes as well as support in assessing data protection breaches
• Preparation and review of data protection contracts, especially data processing agreements
• Close coordination with the Group Data Protection Coordinator and support in implementing group-wide data protection requirements

What You Bring:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Law, Business Law, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in data protection law
• Very good knowledge of the GDPR and German data protection law
• Practical experience with data subject rights, data protection complaints, and data protection agreements
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in data protection within a regulated company, especially in the financial services or debt collection environment, is an advantage
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
