Data Protection Specialist - freelance

Robert Half is a leading company operating in personnel search & selection and project consulting and is authorized indefinitely for temporary employment services (Ministerial Authorization Prot. n. 0000095 of 03/08/2018).

For an important, long-term project in the Cyber Security Governance field, we are looking for a Data Protection Specialist, who will have responsibility for:

• Support in defining and implementing Cybersecurity Governance and Data Protection processes.
• Analysis of compliance with national and international regulations and standards.
• Assessment of regulatory impacts and risks related to cybersecurity and personal data protection.
• Definition and revision of policies, procedures, and controls to support compliance.
• Monitoring of regulatory evolution and support in adapting company processes.

Main Requirements:

• Master's degree in technical-scientific or legal disciplines, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Data Protection, Cybersecurity Governance, or Compliance.
• Knowledge of the main regulations regarding cybersecurity and data protection.
• Experience in defining policies, compliance processes, and assessments.
• Possession of at least one of the following certifications: CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
