Job description:
Vitens is looking for an experienced Data Protection Officer (DPO) who ensures compliance with privacy legislation (AVG) and advises on data protection.

Tasks:

  • To ensure compliance with AVG and other privacy legislation.

  • Advise the management and employees.

  • Perform DPIAs and risk analyses.

  • Serve as a contact person for the Authority for Personal Data.

  • Create awareness within the organization.

Requirements:

  • WO work and thinking level.

  • Demonstrable experience as DPO or privacy officer.

  • Knowledge of AVG and relevant legislation.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Independent and integrity-based attitude.
