Data Product Manager - Finance FP&A (f/m/d)

Our Finance Data team is looking for a Product Manager based in Lille or Paris.

Within the Finance Data & AI team, we are profoundly transforming commercial and financial performance management. Our objective: to evolve traditional management control (FP&A) from manual reporting to automated, prescriptive strategic management, powered by AI.

As a Finance Data Product Manager, you will join a multidisciplinary team (Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Business Experts). You will drive the development and international expansion of our portfolio of AI solutions dedicated to transforming FP&A functions.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

As a Data Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead continuous exploration and product discovery in contact with the business lines
• Conduct research on new advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, or other innovative solutions
• Define the KPIs to track and estimate value creation
• Create, maintain, prioritize, and communicate on the product backlog
• Hold the team accountable for deliveries: adherence to the structuring principles inherent to your product's data, consideration of quality
• Implement product management processes to optimize the management of the Finance insight zone, which contains all domain indicators (discovery, backlog management, TTM measurement, ...)
• Develop the roadmap and planning for future indicator and metric creations, aligning with business needs
• Formalize in the organized wiki the technical view and the necessary data
• Support BI Eng, Analytics engineers, and AI engineers in the creation of indicators
• Implement Run processes, Run measurement, and auditability to ensure the availability and security of indicators
• Manage end-user and data access to our solutions
• Define access to tools based on finance data usage
• Practice agile methodologies and participate in all ceremonies

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have several successful experiences (minimum 3 years excluding apprenticeships) as a Product Manager on data or digital projects.
• You have an agile mindset focused on continuous improvement and collective intelligence. You are passionate about projects and enjoy sharing and contributing.
• You have good communication and collaboration skills, especially in an international environment (minimum B2 English level).
