Data Processor - Water&Heat

Vacancy description:

• You will be responsible for providing technical/administrative support to project teams and proposal engineers.
• You will support project teams in the application and follow-up/evaluation of tender offers (input will be provided by the project team).
• You will support project teams in preparing orders or coordinate this with the central procurement service.
• You will prepare technical submittals (inputs will be provided by the project team), subsequently uploading to approval platforms and following up on approvals and remaining remarks.
• You will prepare and coordinate the preparation of as-built files.
• You will keep status updates of completed tasks up-to-date in the central project monitoring system/dashboard, so that current statuses and progress can be monitored.
