Your Mission
In your role as Data Platform Architect, you design and are responsible for scalable, secure, and cloud-native data platforms for our customers. You translate business requirements into robust target architectures, set technological guidelines, and shape as an architect: sustainable data projects.

Tasks
This is what awaits you
- Architecture & Design of Data Platforms
You design future-proof data platform architectures and are responsible for architectural decisions across multiple projects – from target architecture to implementation. - Technical Implementation with Engineering Focus
You work hands-on with modern programming languages like Python, Java or C# and rely on agile, DevOps-oriented development and operation models. - Technical Leadership & Consulting
You take technical leadership roles, lead interdisciplinary teams, and consult customers sovereignly at a technical and management level. - Cloud-native & Container Technologies
You design platforms with container technologies like Docker or Podman and orchestration solutions like Kubernetes or OpenShift – with a focus on automation and stability. - Community & Knowledge Building
You coach colleagues, actively participate in our data community, and continuously develop architecture standards.
Qualification
We look forward to this
- A completed MINT study or comparable qualifications
- Multiple years of experience in designing and implementing data platform architectures
- Very good knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g. Python, Java or C#) as well as agile and DevOps-oriented work styles
- Experience in technical leadership, architectural responsibility, and stakeholder consulting
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking, as well as willingness to project-related travel
