Data Owner Support

As part of strengthening its data governance activities within an international pharmaceutical environment, we are looking for several Data Owner Support roles to assist business teams in structuring, ensuring the quality of, and complying with their strategic data. You will play a key role at the interface between Business, IT, and Data Governance teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant data management throughout its lifecycle.
Missions
- Support Data Owners in implementing Data Governance best practices.
- Map data, its uses, and associated flows.
- Document data, metadata, and access rules.
- Define, monitor, and improve data quality indicators.
- Perform risk analyses related to Data Integrity.
- Develop and manage associated remediation plans.
- Ensure data domains comply with FAIR principles.
- Facilitate exchanges between Business, IT, Data Management, and Data Governance teams.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of data governance processes.
- Contribute to the acculturation of stakeholders to the challenges of data quality and management.
Requirements
Profile sought
Experience:
- Significant experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality.
- Significant experience in complex and highly regulated environments.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in R&D, is highly appreciated.
- Experience in one of the following areas is an asset:
- CMC (Chemistry Manufacturing & Control)
- Clinical Trials Management
- Clinical Data Management
- Worldwide Regulatory Affairs
Skills:
- Solid expertise in Data Governance.
- Mastery of Data Quality and Metadata Management concepts.
- Good knowledge of FAIR principles and their implementation.
- Experience in assessing Data Integrity risks.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable in cross-functional environments involving business and technical stakeholders.
Languages:
- Fluent French.
- Fluent professional English essential (exchanges in an international context).
Location: Saclay (hybrid mode with partial remote work authorized).
