Data Operator

As a Data Operator within the Master Data Management (MDM) division, you play a crucial role in managing data related to articles and stores for Carrefour Belgique. You are responsible for entering and processing precise data within a specific domain (Permanent or Promotions). Your objective is to support operational efficiency and improve customer experience by ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our commercial information.

• Gestion opérationnelle : You receive and analyze requests for data processing and encode them into systems according to defined rules and standards.
• Contrôle qualité : You verify the accuracy of data, correct errors, and ensure that information is correctly processed and enriched.
• Optimisation des processus : You systematically apply Carrefour's methods and tools and propose improvements to optimize internal processes and customer experience.
• Collaboration : You work closely with the Business Data Steward for complex files and act as an ambassador for Carrefour's strategy within your team.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or CESS (certificat d'enseignement secondaire supérieur).
• You have between 0 and 2 years of experience in a field related to data management.
• You speak fluent French and Dutch (indispensable!).
• You preferably have basic knowledge of SAP, Excel, the Google Suite, PIM or Maxxing.
