Data Operator

As a Data Operator within the Master Data Management (MDM) division, you play a crucial role in managing article and location data for Carrefour Belgium. You are responsible for accurately entering and processing data within a specific domain (Permanent or Promotions). Your goal is to support operational efficiency and improve customer experience by ensuring the integrity and precision of our commercial information.

• Operational Management: You receive and analyze requests for data processing and code them according to defined rules and standards.
• Quality Control: You check the accuracy of the data, correct errors, and ensure that information is correctly processed and enriched.
• Process Optimization: You systematically apply Carrefour's methods and tools and propose improvements to optimize internal processes and customer experience.
• Collaboration: You work closely with the Business Data Steward for complex files and serve as an ambassador of the Carrefour strategy within your team.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or CESS (middle school diploma).
• You have 0 to 2 years of experience in a domain related to data management.
• You speak fluent French and Dutch (must-have!).
• You have basic knowledge of SAP, Excel, the Google Suite, PIM, or Maxxing (preferably).
• You are analytically inclined, result-oriented, and precise (
