Aufgaben

Are you ready to take responsibility and support our customers specifically in generating measurable revenue from data won through Unidy? As Data Monetization & Campaigning Expert (m/w/d), you will accompany our customers on their journey to digital autonomy - with a clear focus on data-based monetization, campaigns, and operational implementation.

• You advise our customers strategically on the monetization of their Zero-Party Data and develop data-driven use cases with clear business impact.
• You conduct potential analyses and data audits and lead to a concrete data and monetization strategy.
• You develop together with the customer a prioritized monetization roadmap and accompany its implementation along clearly defined KPIs.
• You conceptualize and implement operational monetization measures yourself, e.g. newsletter campaigns, data-based marketing, conversion optimizations, and the introduction of premium/paid accounts.
• Through the increase in economic value creation for our customers, you will make a direct, measurable contribution to our customers and Unidy.

Qualifikation

• Documented experience in the operational implementation of data-driven measures, particularly newsletter campaigns, campaign automations, segmentations, and conversion optimizations.
• Practical experience in introducing and developing monetization models, e.g. premium accounts, paid content, memberships or subscriptions.
• Safe and productive use of campaign, BI, and AI tools in daily work, as well as the motivation to continuously develop these skills.
• Experience in project management and integrating digital solutions to structure and manage multiple customers independently.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills with high empathy to guide customers operationally, highlight potential, and actively drive measures forward.
• Analytical, structured working style with very good problem-solving skills and a clear focus on measurable results.
• Readiness to take responsibility in a rapidly growing company.
• Very good German and English language skills.
