• Data modeling expertise – very good knowledge of data modeling (both for operational and analytical systems), data analysis, and metadata. Ability to acquire, document, and verify requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data models.
• Data modeling techniques – experience in implementing approaches such as: Data Vault 2.0, Star Schema (multidimensional modeling), and 3NF (Third Normal Form).
• Working with data – experience in data profiling and focused data analysis on relational databases and hierarchical files (JSON, XML). Ability to support and guide data analysts in this area.
• Communication – very good communication skills, allowing effective presentation of complex data modeling issues to both technical and business audiences. Ability to influence stakeholders and obtain required approvals.
• Data Governance – very good knowledge of data management principles and the ability to create and enforce Data Governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data protection mechanisms.
