Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira, to plan out Program Increments and Sprints Experienced in end-to-end development of data solutions on Azure using Databricks/Snowflake Perform code reviews and provide feedback to developers Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code Strong experience with Data Valut Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in Insurance domain, including insurance KPIs and regulatory reporting
