Data Migration Manager – Financial Systems

Objective of the position: Give the rational of the existence of the position within the organization, reason for the creation of the position. Financial Responsibility. Ensure data migration from legacy to new core credit without losses or inconsistencies, plan cutting windows, execute and guarantee ETL/ELT loads with complete traceability and validate T1 post-cutover reconciliations. Coordinate dependencies with Architecture, Data, Integration, and Operations to ensure smooth transition of financial systems. Develop and maintain data migration plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data migration projects, defining project scope, timelines, and resources required. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process. Coordinate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and optimize data migration processes. Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation of data migration processes, including lessons learned and best practices. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
