Data Manager

Resultance is hiring an Interim (freelance) consultant for one if its strategic projects. The role combines governance, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to enable smooth ERP operations and successful integration of new products. The successful talent will be responsible for ensuring reliable and structured business data across the company, supporting production, purchasing, and sales. Key Responsibilities Define and implement data governance standards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across the organization. Develop and maintain data management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data management needs and develop solutions to address them. Ensure data quality and integrity by monitoring and controlling data flows, identifying and correcting errors, and implementing data validation and verification processes. Provide data management training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of data management tools and systems. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Requirements Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. Experience with data management and analytics tools and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Certifications and Education Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data science, information systems, business administration). Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Manager, Certified Analytics Professional).
