Data Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Manager to own and scale a critical web data acquisition program. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to take full ownership of delivery after onboarding. The successful candidate will act as the technical and operational anchor of the program—driving architecture decisions, ensuring engineering quality, aligning offshore and onshore teams, and maintaining momentum across all aspects of the program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, data warehousing, and big data analytics. They should be well-versed in cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure, and have hands-on experience with tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Hive. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively across multiple teams, and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the program's success.
