Data Manager | FCU Technology Place of work: Poznań Technologies we use Expected SQL Python Microsoft Power BI Tableau Your responsibilities You will manage data analytics consulting projects - propose solutions, gather business and technical requirements, supervise implementation of data and technology solutions, You will collaborate with team members on client projects to develop data-driven solutions for complex challenges, playing a pivotal role in project delivery while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing data analytics strategies and solutions, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, • Providing expert-level guidance and support to team members, • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, • Participating in project planning and execution, • Managing budgets and resources for projects, • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your qualifications You will have: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, data analytics), • At least 3 years of experience in data management or related field, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and other relevant tools and technologies.
