Data Management Leader

Job Description We are looking for someone who will contribute to developing and establishing master data management practices in Oracle Transportation Management. As part of the Data Management team in the Supply Data & Technology department, you will drive collaboration across ILM Program teams on master data, providing technical and functional leadership. Together with your peers across Inter IKEA, you will be defining and implementing policies, controls and programs to secure data quality, integrity and consistency. You will also ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed about the importance of high-quality master data for business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as experience with Oracle Transportation Management and/or other transportation management systems. In addition, you should have a solid understanding of data governance principles and practices.
