Support the shipping area in the warehouse with the process of creating and invoicing deliveries SAP, as well as helping to improve this process and make it more efficient.

Download daily report in SU01D to determine the type of packaging for sending items.
Download second report of critical issues and give special attention to send via fastest shipping.
Generate new deliveries in VT10G option and subsequently download backlog in SQ00.
Link formulas with first 2 reports to know if there are critical shipments.
Confirm each delivery created in VL02N, reviewing that they have SAT and weight.
Invoice according to the file sent by shipping.
Confirm emails and messages sent by customer service and emergency planning that must be sent.
Design different types of work forms for shipping and invoicing to achieve established goals.
Implement improvements and optimizations in warehouse and invoicing processes.
Achieve established daily and monthly targets for invoicing.
