Data Governance Manager Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Optional S/4HANA SAP MDG SAP ECC About the project Reporting to the Transformation Project Manager, this role is responsible for shaping the data foundation and governance of our Conviviality Platform. The objective is to enable Pernod Ricard’s digital transformation, enhance consumer-centricity, and support our mission of helping people make a new friend every day. Your responsibilities Work together with management to support the development of a comprehensive Data Governance Framework that ensures data quality, integrity, and security across all business units. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, Business Units, and Compliance teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Provide guidance on data governance principles and best practices to the organization. Identify and prioritize data quality issues and develop corrective actions. Monitor and report on data governance metrics and KPIs. Your skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science). Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields. Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and data security. Experience with SAP MDG, S/4HANA, and/or other data governance tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
