Data Governance & AI Governance Programme Delivery & Change Lead Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Operating system Windows About the project This is a critical role to oversee the delivery and ensure that change is effectively driven across the organisation for our Data and AI Governance Programmes. This role will be responsible for managing the delivery of the second phase of the DG programme to drive engagement and adoption with colleagues across Aon and for delivering the AI Governance Programme, ensuring seamless integration with existing data governance processes. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data governance principles, AI governance frameworks, and experience in leading complex programmes that require collaboration and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive programme plan to deliver the Data and AI Governance Programmes, including setting milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. • Leading cross-functional teams to drive programme delivery, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement. • Collaborating with stakeholders across Aon to ensure alignment and buy-in for programme objectives and outcomes. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including programme sponsors, business leaders, and subject matter experts. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with programme delivery, developing mitigation strategies as needed. • Ensuring programme deliverables are aligned with organisational goals and objectives, and that programme benefits are realised. • Providing regular progress reports to programme sponsors and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and lessons learned. • Developing and implementing a change management strategy to drive adoption of new processes and technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, computer science, information systems) or equivalent experience. • Proven experience in leading complex programmes that require collaboration and stakeholder management. • Strong understanding of data governance principles and AI governance frameworks. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience working in a global organisation or with international teams.
