Data Functional Analyst

Your role As Data Functional Analyst you are part of the Data Office, where multidisciplinary agile teams work (Data Engineer, Project Leader, Data Architects, Data Governance- and Data Quality-specialists, AI-Experts, etc.). Role & responsibilities - Conduct conversations with various SME (Subject Matter Expert) to understand their business needs. - Identify, evaluate, and understand business processes and operational and analytical data flows (incoming and outgoing). - Determine the requirements for data integration and data quality, taking into account the specific needs of each department. - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a data strategy that aligns with the organization's goals. - Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data catalogs. - Ensure data quality by monitoring and controlling data flows and performing data validation and cleansing. - Provide data insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and interpretation. - Stay up-to-date with new developments in the field of data science and analytics and apply this knowledge to improve data integration and data quality.
