Data & Forecast Analyst

For a client company active in the sector of chemical products for construction, DIY, and industry, we are looking for a resource to be inserted into the role of Data & Forecast Analyst. The resource will have a key role in building and developing the data analysis structure and forecasting, supporting strategic and operational decisions in commercial, productive, and logistical areas at both national and international levels. Main responsibilities: Data analysis and KPI - Monthly analysis of company KPIs and development of new indicators - Analysis of sold products, promotional activities, and product distribution - Development of analyses to support sales activities - Analysis of marginality by product and customer - Preparation and presentation of data for monthly management meetings Forecasting commercial - Collection of information on future client activities in collaboration with sales representatives from different channels - Integration of historical sales data with future commercial and promotional activities - Development of quarterly product forecasts Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields - Approximately 2 years of experience in roles such as data analysis, forecasting, planning, or consulting - Excellent knowledge of Excel at an advanced level - Basic knowledge of SQL is welcome - Strong familiarity with numbers, analytical models, and complex files - Knowledge of the English language - Automation Completes the profile: · Curiosity and problem-solving mentality · Precision, autonomy, and sense of responsibility What we offer: · Direct insertion into a dynamic and constantly growing context · Inclusive environment and attention to people's valorization · Indefinite contract with RAL up to 38k · Meal vouchers for €7 Sede di lavoro: Cologno Monzese Modalità di lavoro: In presenza The present announcement is addressed to candidates of both sexes (L.903/77 - D.Lgs. n.198/2006) Candidates of both sexes L. 903/77 – D.Lgs. n. 198/2006 are invited to read the privacy information ex art.13 REG.
