Key Objectives
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data within company databases and systems.
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular quality checks and corrections as needed.
- Support various departments by providing timely and precise data management services.
Responsibilities
- Enter data from various sources into the company’s database with a high level of accuracy.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data quality and consistency.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
- Generate reports and summaries as requested by management.
- Follow company protocols and data privacy policies to safeguard sensitive information.
- Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes and systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
