We are looking for a highly qualified Data Engineering Structurer to work in a financial sector company. The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and architectures, ensuring scalability, governance, and performance to support critical analytical and regulatory processes.

• Design and implement efficient, secure, and scalable data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Develop data models and transformations using BigQuery and DBT (Data Build Tool).

• Ensure integration between legacy systems (Oracle, PowerCenter) and the cloud ecosystem.

• Structure data for analytical consumption, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.

• Define and apply good practices for data governance, versioning, and automation of deploys.

• Collaborate with business, BI, and Analytics teams to support strategic and regulatory demands.

• Perform diagnostics and performance optimizations in ETL/ELT processes.

• Solid experience in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Composer).

• Domain knowledge of DBT for versioning, documentation, and orchestration of transformations.

• Practical experience in SQL advanced and data modeling for analytical environments.

• Familiarity with Oracle Database and integration with on-premises systems.

• Experience in PowerCenter (ETL/data integration).

• Knowledge of arquitetures de dados focused on compliance, risk, and financial regulations.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices applied to data projects.

• GCP certifications (Data Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect or similar).

• Experience in data migration projects from legacy environments to the cloud.

• Knowledge in Python or Scala applied to data manipulation.

• Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

• Ability to act as a technical reference in data structuring environments.

• Strategic vision and focus on business results.

• Good communication for interaction with technical and executive areas.
