Data Engineering Specialist

What will you do?

• Develop the team responsible for data engineering and quality, ensuring high availability and performance;
• Create and evolve the data architecture, ensuring scalability, efficiency and security in processes;
• Implement practices and frameworks of Data Quality, including monitoring integrity, consistency and governance of data;
• Work with the Data Analytics, Analytical Engineering and Platform areas to ensure reliable data for decision-making and personalization of journeys;
• Define and optimize data pipelines to ensure that processes are efficient and aligned with best practices in the market;
• Monitor quality and availability metrics of data, creating strategies for continuous improvements;
• Ensure the application of good security and compliance practices in data management.

What do we expect from you?

• Solid experience in data engineering and information quality, with strong technical background;
• Advanced knowledge in data architecture, pipelines ETL/ELT and data modeling;
• Practical experience with big data and cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure) tools;
• Mastery of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL);
• Experience with Data Quality and Data Governance frameworks and tools;
• Able to structure and optimize processes for data engineering and quality monitoring;
• Good communication skills to influence decisions and work in a collaborative environment with product, technology and business areas.
