As a Data Engineering - Manager- MarTech, you will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers to design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing systems, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions. This role will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring the data engineering team is aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in designing and developing large-scale data processing systems, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions. You will also have experience in leading and managing a team of data engineers, and have a strong understanding of data engineering tools and technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases. Additionally, you will have experience in working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and have a strong understanding of data governance and compliance.
