Data Engineer – Focus on Programming & Data Pipelines*

You love bringing data to flow, processing large data sets efficiently, and building clean pipelines? Your focus lies clearly on development and data processing? Then you're in the right place.
- You work in a consulting environment and develop new, diverse data solutions for different customers.
- You develop scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines for batch and streaming processing and work with Spark / PySpark, Python, and SQL.
- You implement data models according to Kimball, Data Vault, or Lakehouse principles.
- You transform, normalize, and denormalize data from various source systems.
- You orchestrate data pipelines with Airflow or similar tools and work with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
- You support data analysis and machine learning pipelines.
- You ensure quality through testing, documentation, and CI/CD.
What You Bring
- You bring several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned topics and have very good SQL skills as well as very good knowledge of Spark / PySpark.
- You work safely with Python, have experience with dbt and Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
- You are familiar with Snowflake and/or Databricks and experienced in data modeling (dimensional modeling, Data Vault, normalization & denormalization).
- You think analytically and enjoy solving complex data problems neatly.
