Aufgaben

This is what you can expect from us:

As a Data Engineer, you will take on a central role in our technology team. You are responsible for the development, setup, and optimization of our data infrastructure, which enables us to collect, store, process, and analyze data effectively.

Your tasks include:

• Development and implementation of robust data architectures, data models, and ETL processes to optimize our data processing.
• Management and continuous optimization of our data warehouse to ensure efficient data processing.
• Development and implementation of scalable pipelines for data integration and processing.
• Ensuring data quality by implementing effective data cleansing measures.
• Closely working with stakeholders to capture requirements and develop tailored technical solutions

Our Tech Stack:

• Data Warehouse: Google BigQuery
• General Cloud Infrastructure: AWS
• Data preparation and enrichment: DBT

Qualifikation

This is what you bring with you:

• Experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Developer with in-depth knowledge of data architectures.
• Fundamental SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to handle complex data challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork to effectively collaborate with various teams.

You can also collect additional plus points with (optional):

• Experience with Big Data Technologies
• Experience with large cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
• Experience with DBT for data preparation and enrichment
