Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data structures necessary for Real-Time Decisioning systems, recommendation engines, Next Best Action / Next Best Activity systems focused on CRM operations.
• Create optimized structures for a 360-degree customer profile.
• Create optimized structures for reporting purposes.
• Design, build (in cooperation with Bank units) interfaces and connections with systems outside the CRM ecosystem.
• Implement data quality control and validation mechanisms.

Our Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Practical experience in designing and modeling data environments (Data Lake, DWH, modeling) for advanced analytics and real-time or near real-time data processing systems.
• Experience working in environments processing very large data volumes.
• Ability to build optimal structures for 360-degree customer profiles (so-called Customer Golden Record), behavioral aggregates, and model features (Feature Stores).
• Practical experience in integrating analytical systems with operational systems (e.g., connecting decision/recommendation engines with Campaign Management platforms).
• Experience in building and maintaining stable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) feeding CRM campaigns (both batch and event-triggered).
• Understanding of CRM data specifics (marketing consents, contact history, opt-out).
• Fluent knowledge of SQL and experience in query optimization.
• Experience working with cloud platforms with an emphasis on the Google Cloud platform.
• Experience working with Big Data technologies for processing huge data volumes.
• Practical knowledge of modern data storage formats optimized for analytical purposes.
• Experience with process orchestration tools.
• Experience working in agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

Nice to have

• experience in migrations and knowledge of CRM solutions architecture such as Pega, Salesforce, SAS, Adobe
