Data Engineer III (Data Platform)

About the Team The Data Platform Tech Team at Navi is instrumental in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. We build and manage the core infrastructure and tools required to collect, store, process, and analyze data at scale. Our platforms support self-serve capabilities for both batch and real-time data processing. We work closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Product teams to power a wide range of data use cases across Navi. About the Role As an SDE-3 on the Data Platform team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems that enable data-driven decision-making. This includes developing and implementing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data platforms with other Navi systems and tools. About the Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Presto Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI About the Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on cutting-edge data engineering projects Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced engineers Professional development opportunities through training, mentorship, and conference attendance
