Data Engineer II

The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines that support business analytics and machine learning initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable data architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources, and ensuring the quality and integrity of our data assets. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using technologies such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, or AWS Glue. • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their requirements and develop data solutions that meet their needs. • Work closely with the Data Governance team to ensure compliance with data policies and procedures. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. • Participate in Agile development methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Engineer who has experience working with large datasets, designing data architectures, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role. • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality control. • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Familiarity with data visualization tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
