The world is how we shape it

Within the Data tribe at Thalès, you will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of data flows used to populate dashboards for the Finance and Purchasing business units.

You will be involved in the entire chain: design, transformation, modeling, industrialization, and data provisioning using SCRUM methodology.

Your role and your missions:

• Data Design and Development: Design and maintain business intelligence data models. Develop using DBT (SQL language) within Trino and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Data Integration: Develop and maintain flows using Talend up to the SQL Server database.
• BI Modeling: Design and maintain Tabular models using SQL Server Analysis Services. Based on these models, create dashboards using Power BI Report Server. This will require supporting the business units in analyzing their needs. Ensure the performance and consistency of reports.
• Industrialization: Implement best practices for Git, branch management, and code review. Understand the CI/CD deployment pipeline.
• Monitoring: Participate in application supervision and job monitoring. Ensure application run.

A graduate of an Engineering School or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in data, you have several years of experience in data engineering and hold at least 4 years of experience.

You have a team spirit, enjoy sharing, and creating synergies within your team.

You are autonomous, curious, and proactive.

You can express yourself fluently in English in a professional environment.
