Data Delivery Coordinator
Job description
The Data Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating global data delivery initiatives within the HP Data & Analytics organization. This role focuses on ensuring efficient data collection, organization, and delivery across multiple markets and stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of quality, usability, and consistency. The Data Delivery Coordinator will lead projects related to data modeling, transformation, and visualization, enabling business teams to extract actionable insights from data. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and oversee data delivery projects from inception to completion. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and IT to ensure successful data delivery. * Manage and prioritize data delivery requests, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities. * Develop and maintain data delivery documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and process documentation. * Monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement, implementing and maintaining data quality standards. * Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures. * Manage and track data delivery project budgets and timelines. * Provide regular updates and reports on data delivery project status and performance. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with data delivery projects. * Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data delivery. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration). * Proven experience in data management, data delivery, or related roles. * Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Excellent project management and organizational skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience with data governance and data quality principles. * Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Qualifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Experience with SQL and database technologies.
