Data Controlling Lead

Scope of the Post:

• Development and automation of financial and analytical reports, using ETL and AI technologies to optimize financial control processes.
• Creation and management of complex data flows, integrating AI models for forecasting and predictive analysis.
• SUPPORT FOR FINANCIAL SECTOR DIGITALIZATION AND AUTOMATION PROJECTS, CONTRIBUTING TO INCREASED EFFICIENCY AND ACCURACY OF DATA.
• Collaboration with IT and Data Science teams to implement and optimize AI models in financial control.
• Participation in research and innovation in the field of AI technologies applied in financial control and analysis.

Duties/Activities of Execution

Operational:

• Development and maintenance of ETL pipelines for collecting, transforming, and loading financial data from various sources (ERP, Data Warehouse, other systems).
• Implementation and tuning of AI models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analysis in financial control.
• AUTOMATION OF REPEITIVE REPORTING AND ANALYTICAL PROCESSES, USING RPA AND AI
• Creation and updating of dashboards and analytical reports for management, using platforms such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Collaboration with Controlling, Audit, and IT departments to define requirements and implement technological solutions.
• Participation in projects digitalizing and automating financial processes, including the use of AI models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Ensuring data quality and accuracy, investigating differences, and correcting errors.
• Documenting and presenting results and technical solutions to stakeholders.

Report Realization

• MPL: allocation of costs using keys provided by Controlling teams and sending data to the group's consolidation application.
• Profit and Loss Report for Budget (consolidated vision) in close collaboration with a Financial Controller specialist.
• Livestreaming performance tracking through creating data sources, updates, and consistency/accuracy verifications.
• Ad-hoc reports, according to the requirements of the Controlling and Financial Planning teams and management.

Professional Knowledge:

• Experience in developing ETL pipelines, AI models, and financial data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL, Python, R, BI platforms, machine learning, RPA, Big Data.
• Understanding of financial processes, internal control, and relevant legislation.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Education and Experience (minimum required level):

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economy/IT or similar fields
